If you want to surprise those who love sausages in dough, cook them in the form of spirals on skewers. Such a presentation has already managed to attract hot dog lovers and get the nickname “tornado-dogs”. Sausages look very interesting, they turn out delicious, but they are made simply.
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel the sausages from the factory casing. Sift the flour (a little less than a 200 ml glass). Soak wooden skewers in cold water to prevent them from catching fire when baking
Prepare the dough. To do this, slightly heat 75 ml of water (up to 36-38 degrees) Crumble the yeast into warm water.

Stir the ingredients. Dust the table with flour and knead a soft, non-sticky dough on the table. You may need more or less flour, depending on its quality.
Brush a bowl with vegetable oil, lay out the dough and cover with a towel. Place the bowl of dough in a warm place for 40-60 minutes to rise.

‘Meanwhile, pierce the sausages with skewers in the middle along. Starting at one end, cut the sausages at an angle in a spiral, reaching with the blade to the skewer. Stretch the sausages on skewers a little so that gaps appear between the turns of the spirals.
Wrap the dough on a skewer, filling in the gaps in the spiral sausage. So prepare all the sausages with dough. Then roll the sausages in the dough on the table, leveling. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease with vegetable oil. Place the sausages on a baking sheet and keep warm for 15 minutes. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. After a while, put a baking sheet with sausages in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until tender and golden brown. (The time depends on the thickness of the sausages and the characteristics of the oven.)
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, brush the sausages with vegetable oil, cover with a clean towel and rest for 5-10 minutes.
