Ingredients

  • 2 kg potato (s), raw, in approx. 3 mm thick slices
  • 1 kg bratwurst (raw farmer`s bratwurst with or without paprika flavor, and garlic flavor)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

  1. Spread the peeled and sliced potatoes on the baking sheet coated with margarine. Salt the potatoes as desired and cover with a few walnut-sized margarine flakes. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
