Squash Bread

A fragrant sweet bread pie, or muffin, made from the simplest and most budgetary ingredients. An interesting recipe for apple-squash bread will be tempting for any chef.

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a deep bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, soda, spices.
Pour butter separately, add eggs and sugar. Beat for a few minutes.
Grind the apple and zucchini on a grater. We measure out the required amount: 0.5 cups (250 ml) of apple mass and 1 cup of courgette mass. We introduce into the egg mixture.
Add dry mixture.
Add chopped nuts and coconut.
We mix all the ingredients and put the dough into the prepared form.
We bake the apple and zucchini bread-pie in a preheated oven for about 1 hour (temperature – 180 degrees). We check the readiness of the cake with a dry wooden skewer.
If you decorate the apple and zucchini bread with protein glaze and sprinkle with nuts or confectionery colored sprinkles, you will get not only delicious sweet bread, but also an unusual holiday cake.
