Squid with Sour Cream and Herbs

To prepare a simple and tasty dish – squid in sour cream – shellfish are first fried and then stewed in sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Squid – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Parsley – 2-3 sprigs
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare recipe products for squid in sour cream.
  2. Peel the squid, rinse and cut into strips.
  3. Then add salt, pepper, and flour.
  4. Melt the butter in a skillet. Place the squid in a skillet with melted butter. Roast for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Mix sour cream with flour.
  6. Chop the greens.
  7. Sprinkle stewed squid in sour cream with chopped herbs before serving.
