Ingredients

  • 500 g pork neck steak (s), marinated
  • 200 g French beans
  • 300 g potato (s)
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • N / A soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, hot pink
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook them whole for approx. 20 minutes. Cut off the ends of the beans. Add these to the potatoes and cook for approx. 4 minutes. Salt to taste. Then pour into a colander and let cool down a little.
  2. In the meantime, cut the meat into strips and fry with a little oil in the wok for about 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the strips. When done, transfer to an extra bowl.
  3. Now chop the onions, garlic and chilli into small pieces and place in a small bowl.
  4. Dice the peppers and place with the beans in the hot wok, do not clean it beforehand. After about 2 minutes, add half of the onion, garlic and chilli mixture and fry. Deglaze with a little soy sauce. Fry for another five minutes then add to the meat in the bowl.
  5. Now put the sliced potatoes in the wok and add the rest of the onion-garlic-chilli mixture and fry. When the potatoes are brown, add the ingredients that were set aside again, stir in and season everything with paprika powder, pepper, salt and soy sauce.
