Ingredients

  • 2 leeks, only the white to light green part
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ cup broth
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cheese, rated, e.., Gouda
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek sticks lengthways to the middle, wash carefully between the layers, drain and cut into pieces about 5 cm in size.
  2. Pour the oil into a preferably coated saucepan and warm it up slightly. Briefly sauté the leek sticks, add the stock and stew for 10 minutes. Peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Add the tomato cubes and cream cheese to the leek vegetables, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and carefully mix in. Steam for another 10 minutes.
  3. Put the vegetables in a greased baking dish. Mix the ham slices, whole or diced, with the vegetables and sprinkle with grated cheese. Baked in the oven for 10 minutes.
