Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into spaghetti with the spiral cutter.
  2. Fill a kettle with a sieve insert with water up to below the sieve. Put the potato spaghetti in the sieve and cook in the steam for 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and season with salt.
  3. Arrange and serve the potato straw as a side dish.
