Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 cucumber (s), pitted, diced
- 2 cups yoghurt (150 g each)
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 clove (s) garlic, diced
- some tomato paste
- Chives (frozen)
- Dill (frozen)
- salt and pepper

- Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly, sauté the onions and garlic. Add salt and pepper and mix in the tomato paste.
- Add the cucumber cubes and let simmer until everything has combined well (about 10 minutes). At the end, mix in the yogurt over a low heat and round off with the herbs.
