Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 bottle rum flavor
  • 4 drops flavor (lemon)
  • 4 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark
  • 175 g butter / or mararine
  • 125 g raisins
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 200 g lemon peel
  • 50 g orane peel
  • 50 g currants
  • some powdered sugar
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

  1. Put the flour on a work surface, make a well, put all the ingredients in the well.
  2. Put the butter / margarine in a saucepan and heat over a low flame. Add the liquid butter / margarine. Mix everything together and knead well.
  3. Work the dough into a stollen. (Shape like a bread and fold in a third.)
  4. Preheat oven. Grease the baking sheet, place the stollen on it.
  5. 180 degrees, 2nd rail from the bottom, approx. 50 min. Baking time.
  6. Heat 50 g butter and spread on the warm stollen. Then dust with powdered sugar.
