Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone, or mascarino
  • 250 g cream
  • 24 biscuit (s) (chocolate biscuits), e.g. Choc & Cookie
  • 100 ml liqueur (Mozart liqueur or creme de cacao) to drizzle over
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 150 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 50 ml liqueur (Mozart liqueur), for the mass

Instructions

  1. It is best to lay out the chocolate biscuits in a springform pan so that it looks like a cake afterwards, and drizzle with the Mozart liqueur or creme de cocoa.
  2. For the cream, whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar. Mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar and the remaining liqueur and fold in the whipped cream. Grate the chocolate and stir into the mixture.
  3. First, put a layer of cream over the biscuits, then another layer of biscuits and finally a layer of cream. At the end you can of course decorate the top layer if you like, e.g. with chocolate flakes, chocolate hearts, cocoa powder.
  4. The consistency of the tiramisu according to this recipe is a bit firmer than a classic tiramisu, including the base. So it`s more like a cake. Our guests liked it!
