Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries, preferably the same size
  • 80 g sheep cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • sea-salt
  • Pepper (Sechuan pepper)
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries and cut them into fine slices (aesthetes leave out the end pieces) and place the slices on a plate, put them in a cool place.
  2. Make a vinaigrette from the oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt or fleur de sel and freshly ground Sechuan pepper, crumble the sheep`s cheese into small flakes and pour over the strawberries, drizzle with the vinaigrette (less is more) and sprinkle with chopped mint leaves.
  3. Serve immediately!
  4. As a starter, with a glass of champagne!
