Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 500 g butter, soft
  • 650 g powdered suar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries. Beat the butter until frothy, add the strawberries (about the same temperature as butter) and lemon juice and beat with the mixer until a smooth mixture is formed. If the butter should curdle, briefly put it in the microphone and mix again.
  2. Repeat this until the mixture is nice and smooth. Then gradually stir in the sifted powdered sugar.
  3. Can be used immediately. Tastes best chilled!
  4. Sufficient for a book cake, for example
