Strawberry Cheesecake No Bake

Delicious strawberry-curd cheesecake for tea, it is prepared very quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • 300 gr. cookies
  • 150 gr. butter
  • 500 gr. curd
  • 350 gr. sour cream
  • vanillin
  • 25 gr. gelatin
  • 200-250 gr. sugar
  • jelly pack
  • strawberries, currants

Directions

  1. Grind the cookies into crumbs, add melted butter and knead with your hands, you should get a thick mass.
  2. Our mass on the bottom of a detachable form and in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to freeze.
  3. Beat sour cream, vanilla sugar and regular sugar in a bowl with a mixer. Rub the cottage cheese 2 times through a sieve and add portions to the sour cream and beat.
  4. Soak gelatin in cold water and leave for 30 minutes to swell, heat in a water bath or in a microwave and add to the curd mass, beat until smooth.
  5. Pour the curd mass into a mold and refrigerate for two hours.
    Jelly in hot water, not boiling water, stir well, 400 gr. water.
  6. Cut the strawberries into strips and spread them with a flower on the cheesecake, add the currants and fill in the jelly.
  7. In the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and our cheesecake is ready for tea or coffee.
