- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Core the chilli pepper and cut into small pieces. Puree together to the desired consistency. Put the cocoa and the preserving sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Make a gel test. Immediately fill the hot jam to the brim in jars, close them and place on the lid to cool. After cooling, the jars should be vacuum sealed.
