Ingredients
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 0.25 liter ¼ whipped cream
- 500 g strawberries, fresh from the arden (cut in half)
- 175 grams sugar
- 1 cup bread (s) (black bread), grated (pumpernickel is also possible)
- 3 tablespoon vanilla sugar

- Mix the whipped cream with the buttermilk and sugar until frothy. Then pour over the strawberries in a bowl and cool well, preferably in the refrigerator. Immediately before application, sprinkle with the black bread and vanilla sugar mixture (also possible in portions).
