Strawberry Cookies

Ingredients
- Coconut Pulp – 400 Grams
- Sugar – 0.25 Glasses
- Egg whites – 3 Pieces
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Strawberries – 0.5 cups
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Cut the strawberries in half, and separate the yolks from the proteins.
- In a blender or food processor, mix the coconut, salt and sugar.
- Add strawberries and egg whites there.
- Whisk, just make sure that the strawberries don’t turn completely into porridge.
- Shape into balls with a tablespoon. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place the balls and bake at 170 ° C for 25-30 minutes. Serve ready-made strawberry cookies for tea or coffee.
