Ingredients
- 100 g strawberries
- 300 g mano (s), very ripe
- 2 stalks lemon balm
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- 2 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil)
- 6 slices Parma ham (approx. 80 g)

- Wash and clean the strawberries and cut in half or into quarters depending on the size. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice. Wash the lemon balm and shake dry, pluck the leaves and cut into fine strips.
- Mix the lime juice in a bowl with a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper and beat the oil on top. Carefully fold in the strawberries, mango and lemon balm.
- Arrange the salad together with 3 slices of ham on plates.
