Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the strawberries, remove the stems and puree the strawberries (leave some strawberries behind and cut them into slices). Mix with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Beat the mascarpone with a whisk until smooth. Stir in the strawberry mixture. Fold in the whipped cream and strawberry pieces. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker or mold and let it set in the freezer.
  2. Cut into portions for serving.
