Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 175 ml syrup, cold elderflower syrup
- 4 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 lime (s), organic
- 10 stalks mint
- 500 ml mineral water, carbonated, ice cold
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, dry, ice cold (750 ml)

- Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into thin slices. Mix with cold elderflower syrup and lime juice and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut the limes into very thin slices. Place the strawberries, lime slices, and 8 to 10 small stalks of mint in a large carafe or punch bowl. Top up with ice-cold mineral water and ice-cold sparkling wine and serve immediately.
