- 500 g low-fat quark,
- 5 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 500 g strawberries
- 50 g oat flakes, coarse
- 1 tablespoon almond (s), roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown

- Mix the cream with quark and vanilla sugar until creamy, chop or puree the strawberries and stir in, pour into glasses or dessert bowls. Roast the oat flakes and almonds in a heated pan until golden brown, mix with the sugar and spread on the strawberry cream, serve quickly so that the flakes stay crispy. Instead of low-fat quark and cream, you can of course also use cream quark.
