Ingredients
- 50 g bulur, dry
- 4 rods rhubarb
- 100 ml apple juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- some sweetener
- 250 g strawberries

- Cook the bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel off the rhubarb and cut into pieces about 4 cm long. Bring to the boil with the apple juice and simmer until soft. Add vanilla sugar, sweeten with sweetener to taste.
- Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small pieces.
- Drain the bulgur. Remove the rhubarb from the heat, stir in the bulgur and then fold in the strawberry pieces. No more cooking. It is best to let the bulgur-rhubarb mixture cool down a bit beforehand so that the strawberries stay fresh.
- Sufficient for 1 person as a main course or as a dessert for 4 to 6 people.
