Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries, cut into small pieces
  • 200 g rhubarb, cleaned, cut into pieces
  • 100 g marzipan paste, rated
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g yourt
  • 80 g semolina, (durum wheat semolina)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the marzipan. Add sugar, salt, yoghurt, semolina and eggs and mix everything together well. Mix the flour with baking powder, sieve and stir in. Fold in the rhubarb and strawberries.
  2. Fill the dough into greased muffin molds and bake at 175 ° in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
