Ingredients

g 1,000 strawberries
g 1,250 suar
600 ml water
1 lemon (s)

Instructions

Bring the sugar to the boil with the water in the saucepan, then add the washed, quartered strawberries and pour in the juice of one lemon. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Then squeeze out the juice in a cloth. Put hot in sterilized bottles.
Tastes great with water or simply over the ice.
