Ingredients

  • 14 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber liquid
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Fondor
  • some chives

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard and then chill them very well.
  2. Cut half of the onion into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  3. Halve the eggs and carefully remove the yolks and add them to the onion cubes. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and spices and whisk everything well with the magic wand to a fine mass. Add a little cucumber stock and stir well again, season to taste.
  4. Arrange the egg white halves on a plate. Pour the egg yolk mixture into a baking syringe or something similar and fill the egg white halves with it. Sprinkle with paprika and curry as a garnish. Cut the other half of the onion into thin half rings and garnish the eggs with it. Finally, finely chop the chives and sprinkle over the eggs.
  5. Goes wonderfully with the cold buffet. It is best to let the whole thing soak in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours beforehand.
