Stuffed Eggs with Onions

A great snack that is prepared quickly, using a minimum of food – it’s nothing more than stuffed eggs. This is a simple, completely simple to prepare and affordable dish – a great snack for the spring holidays, which can perfectly decorate any holiday table. Stuffing for stuffing eggs can be prepared from a variety of ingredients, from cheese to offal or canned fish. You can also add spice to a dish by adding spices or garlic. But today I suggest to cook a dish that you will not be able to do without if you try to cook at least once. In my version of the recipe, I suggest using green onions as a filling, with which it will turn out simple but tasty, with a sweet note, and even fragrant. Adding any spices.

  1. We start, of course, with the preparation of eggs, because in general this is the main ingredient from which this unpretentious snack is prepared. It is better to take large eggs, as they will be easier to stuff, but first you need to boil. To do this, put the eggs in a saucepan, pour water, throw a handful of salt and place on a plate.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil the eggs for 10 minutes in salted water, so, in salted water, so that the eggshell is well cleaned.
  3. After the pan with boiled eggs is removed from the heat, the hot water in which they were boiled, drain and pour cold water, leave to cool for a while.
  4. After that, cool the cooled eggs from the shell and cut in half lengthwise. From each half we take out yolks which we transfer to a blender bowl where we will prepare stuffing for stuffing.
  5. Rinse the onion greens with water, dry a little and cut into long straws, also throw in a blender, where the egg yolks are already.
  6. Peeled avocado is also thrown into the blender bowl, it will give the future dish a spicy taste and aroma.
  7. The obligatory addition to forcemeat is mayonnaise, rather high fat content and thick on a consistence.
  8. Finally, cut the lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice from one half of the ingredients. At this stage, a little all the ingredients are salted and interrupted with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Thanks to green onions, the filling for stuffing eggs will turn out a beautiful light green color.
  9. On a beautiful plate we spread halves of eggs (whites), by means of a confectionery bag we fill with the prepared mix, spreading a beautiful slide.
  10. On top of each stuffed egg put a rolled slice of ham, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and decorate to taste. Here is such a beautiful and tasty snack will perfectly decorate your dinner or holiday table.
