Ingredients

  • 12 slices ham, cooked
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bag cheese, grated
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 glass sauce (gypsy sauce)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat, garlic, onion, cheese and egg, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roll 1-2 tablespoon of the mixture into a slice of ham (depending on how thick you would like it)!
  3. Place the rolls in a baking dish, mix the gypsy sauce, cream and sour cream and pour over the rolls. Then in the oven for about 50 minutes.
  4. It goes well with ribbon noodles and a lettuce.
  5. Super tasty and also ideal for a party, the recipe can be easily doubled.
