Ingredients

  • 10 large mushrooms, approx. 4 cm in diameter
  • 60 g ham (Serrano)
  • 60 g onion (s)
  • 10 g butter
  • 15 grams flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 150 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Cut the ham into pieces and onions as small as possible. Cut the mushroom stalks into small pieces.
  2. Fry everything in a little olive oil for about 5 minutes and season well with salt and pepper. Add the butter and let it melt. Then add and mix in flour and gradually add milk until a bechamel is formed. Simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat and stir so that the mixture does not burn (season again if necessary).
  3. Pour the mixture into the mushrooms, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
