Ingredients

  • 8 potato (s), predominantly waxy, if possible the same size
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 80 g cheese, rated
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 500 g white cabbae
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • Caraway seed

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes. Cut and hollow out in the middle. Finely chop the inside cut out. Clean and finely chop the spring onions.
  2. Mix the spring onions with the minced meat, egg, parsley, mustard, cheese, breadcrumbs and the chopped inside of the potatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill the potatoes with the mixture.
  3. Wash and finely slice the cabbage. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
  4. Put the oil in a roasting pan. Pour in the cabbage and pour the vegetable stock over it. Place the filled potatoes side by side on the cabbage. Close the roaster.
  5. Braise in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes. Then remove the lid from the roaster and brown the potatoes for a few minutes at 225 ° C under the grill.
  6. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
