  • 400 g turkey meat (fillet)
  • 8 slices ham, raw
  • 1 slice / s cheese (Gouda, old)
  • Seasoned Salt
  • oil
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Almost cut the turkey fillet across, fold open and season carefully with salt. Put the ham and cheese on top and fold the meat together. Fry in butter and half in oil over medium heat until cooked.
