Instructions

Divide the zucchini in half and hollow out. Dice the onion and garlic, chop the parsley and fry in a little fat (oil or butter) in a pan. Then add everything to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs and mix everything well. The hollowed out interior of the zucchini can also be mixed with the minced meat mixture.
Now fill the zucchini with this mixture and place in a baking dish. The zucchini are now pushed into the preheated oven at approx. 180-200 ° C and after approx. 20 minutes the cheese is sprinkled over them. Total baking time approx. 45-55 min.
