Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- 10 olives (Kalamata olives), black
- 100 g feta cheese, cut into pieces
- 1 shallot (s), red, coarsely chopped
- 0.5 ½ head lettuce, green
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 4 cl oil (pumpkin seed oil)
- 3 cl vinegar (stone pine vinegar)
- 8 cl water
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Peel and halve the cucumber. Then remove the seeds with a small spoon and cut into large slices. Wash and cut the tomatoes. Wash and cut the lettuce leaves, then place in a bowl with the cut sheep cheese, olives and coarsely chopped red shallot. Mix with stone pine vinegar, pumpkin seed oil, salt and water.
- Finally fry the diced bacon and sprinkle over it.
- Serve with white bread.
