  • 20 wild garlic leaves
  • 1 potato (s)
  • 1 liter beef broth or chicken broth (not instant)
  • 250 ml cream
  • some salt and pepper

  • Wild garlic, in strips or herbs

Instructions

  1. Boil and peel the potato. Wash the wild garlic, drain and cut into fine noodles.
  2. Bring the beef soup to the boil with whipped cream and add strips of wild garlic and potatoes.
  3. Mix with the hand blender and season the soup with salt and pepper. Garnish with strips of wild garlic or fresh herbs!
