  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cube yeast
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk a little and let the butter melt in it. Process all ingredients into a dough and leave to rise covered.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Shape the dough into buns (for example, put together into a grape or a heart, but always make individual buns)
  3. Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
  5. If you like, you can also pour icing sugar, water and lemon juice and cover the rolls with it.
