  • 500 g flour, type 550
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 210 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 90 g suar
  • 90 g butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g almond (s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the middle. Crumble in the yeast and add 5 tablespoon. Mix the milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar and a little flour from the edge. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  2. Knead with the remaining dough ingredients (milk, 90g sugar, salt, egg and 90g butter) and cover again for 30 minutes until the dough has enlarged significantly.
  3. Knead the dough well and roll out to a base of 40 cm and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make indentations in the dough with your fingers and fill them with small cubes of butter. Spread the sugar and almonds evenly on the dough. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes. E-stove 200 ° C, gas stove level 3-4 and convection 180 ° C.
