Ingredients
- 140 g flour, luten-free, liht, e.., Schär Mix for cakes and biscuits
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 1 teaspoon, heaped baking powder
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 3 large banana (s)
- 150 g suar, brown
- 100 g chocolate drops or nuts

- Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder well in a bowl. Mash the bananas into a pulp. In a separate bowl, stir together the butter and sugar until foamy, stir in the vanilla sugar, eggs, bananas and salt one after the other. Then add the flour mixture spoon by spoon.
