Ingredients

  • 500 g sushi rice
  • 50 ml rice wine
  • 4 avocado (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 can ginger, pickled, approx. 00 g
  • 250 g salmon, smoked or cooked
  • 150 g shrimp (s), cooked
  • 4 nori sheets
  • Handful sesame seeds
  • soy sauce
  • mayonnaise
  • Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice with water and rice wine according to the instructions on the packet, then let it cool down and chill.
  2. Cut the avocados, cucumber, salmon, prawns, ginger and nori leaves into small pieces.
  3. To serve, drizzle the rice with soy sauce and garnish with the prepared ingredients.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce into a new sauce and sprinkle it on all the ingredients. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
