Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (sushi vinegar)
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 5 drops oil (sesame oil)
  • 0.33 red pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. With the exception of the bell pepper, put all the other ingredients in a tall container and whisk. Clean the pepper, cut into very small cubes and add. Stir again and let steep for a couple of hours until eaten.
  2. Tips: Instead of the bell pepper, you can also use a dash of lemon juice to taste.
  3. I usually make the sauce the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight.
