- 40 g fat for fryin

- Mix the flour, water, eggs, salt and sugar into a smooth, thin dough. Let it soak for 20 minutes.
- Heat a little fat in an omelette pan and pour in enough batter to thinly cover the bottom of the pan. Bake until golden on both sides over moderate heat.
- The patties, cut into strips, are suitable as a soup or as a base for walnut ice cream with rum apple sauce.
