  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 large potato (s), or 2 smaller ones
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them, press them through the potato press or mash them well and let them cool.
  2. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes, brown in a pan and leave to cool.
  3. Mix the minced meat well with all the ingredients except the cream. Then slowly work in the cream. A little less cream can also be used. Season, season to taste and shape into balls. Place these on a greased baking sheet and cook in the oven at approx. 190 ° C for 15-30 minutes, depending on the size.
