  • 3 dl oatmeal
  • 1 ½ dl milk
  • 1 ½ dl sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • Bitter almond aroma, a few drops
  • Breadcrumbs
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Let the oat flakes soak in the milk. In the meantime, grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Beat the egg with the sugar until frothy. Mix the oatmeal with flour, baking powder and flavor and add the melted butter. Put everything together under the egg mixture and pour into the baking dish. Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes and then dust with powdered sugar.
  2. Serve lukewarm and serve with applesauce, jam, cream or vanilla ice cream. It is more suitable for spooning than a normal cake, therefore suitable as a dessert.
