  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon aromat
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, white
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the white cabbage and oil immediately. Grate the carrots. Mix the white cabbage, the carrots and the other ingredients together and let them steep for 3-5 hours in a cold room and covered.
