- 300 g natural yourt
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 5 teaspoons sugar

- Core the avocados, remove the pulp from the skin and puree. Mix the pureed pulp with the vanilla sugar and sugar.
- Add the yoghurt and stir everything well. Whip the cream and fold into the avocado yoghurt mixture.
- Chill for about an hour.
