- 200 g sour cream, 10% fat
- 50 g chilli sauce, sweet
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- a bit salt

- Pour sour cream and sweet chilli sauce into a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic and add it as well. Mix everything together and season with salt. If it is not spicy enough, a little cayenne pepper can help. It is best to let it steep for another three hours in the refrigerator.
