Ingredients
- 2 glasses cherry (s) with a total content 650 g each
- 20 g cornstarch
- 500 g quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 12 tablespoon milk
- 4 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 300 g amarettini
- 150 g cantuccini with chocolate
- 150 g cantuccini with almonds
- Cane sugar, brown, for sprinkling

- Drain the cherries well. Mix the cherry juice with the cornstarch until smooth and bring to the boil while stirring. Then add the cherries and let cool.
- Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and milk until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
- First fill a lasagne dish with the mixed biscuits, then with the compote and then with quark and dust evenly with the brown cane sugar. Let it soak for at least 5 - 6 hours.
