Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 500 ml milk
- 2 cans tangerine (s), 175 g drained weight, or other fruit
- 50 g raisins
- Water, hot, for soaking
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoon butter flakes
- 50 g flaked almonds
- Butter for the mold

- Cook the pasta in the milk according to the instructions on the package, drain and drain. Drain and drain the mandarins. Soak the raisins in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and squeeze out the raisins.
