  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • fruit, your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix the crème fraîche with the egg yolks and powdered sugar (depending on your taste, you can omit one egg yolk or use more powdered sugar). Chill until ready to eat.
  2. Slice fruit (bananas, peaches, nectarines, pears, etc. go well). Put the slices in a pan and pour sauce over them, everything should be well covered! The dish is ready when the sauce turns a little brown or the fruit contracts slightly.
