Ingredients
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 1 zucchini
- 1 medium bell pepper (s), red
- 1 large apple (e.g. Honey Crunch or Pink Lady)
- 1 small onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut or slice the zucchini, bell pepper, apple and onion into equally sized sticks. Mix with the grated Gouda in a large bowl.
- Mix the dressing with the white balsamic vinegar, rapeseed oil and sugar and pour over the salad. Mix well and finally pepper and salt as needed.
- The salad can be served straight away, but it tastes a lot better on the 2nd day if it is well drawn! Simply let it steep in the refrigerator overnight.
