Sweet Rolls “Emendems”

Today we will do a trash roll. Taste sweet rolls “Emendams” (more precisely, “em-n-em”, as the name of sweets in the country where they come from). It turned out cool!

Ingredients

  • For rolls:
  • Sushi rice (ready-made) – 140 g
  • Curd cheese – 100 g
  • Chocolate-nut spread (“Nutella”) – 50 g
  • Multicolored dragee candies (“M & Ms”) – 50 g
  • Bitter chocolate – 50 g
  • Nori sheets – 1 pc.

  • For cooking rice:
  • Round rice (for example, “Kuban”) – 500 g
  • Water – 550 g (110% by weight of rice)

  • For seasoning rice:
  • Vinegar 9% – 25 g
  • Water – 25 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Salt – 6 g

Directions

  1. To prepare rice for rolls:
    1) Weigh the rice.
    2) Rinse it with water, drain the water 3-4 times.
    3)Weigh the rice again (some water will remain in it), add water.
    4) Place a pot of rice on the stove and turn on the highest heat. Bring water to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook rice for 16 minutes.
    5) Remove the pot from the stove, remove the lid, cover the pot with a towel, close the lid and leave for 10 minutes.
    6) Make the dressing by mixing all the ingredients for the rice dressing. Stir until smooth.
    7) Pour the dressing into the rice, mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Place 140 g of cooked rice on half of the nori sheet, leaving 1 cm on one side and 1 cm over the nori on the other.
  3. Lay out two strips of curd cheese (using a pastry bag).
  4. Lay out a strip of nutella.
  5. Lay out the Ememmems candies.
  6. Gently roll up the roll using the mat, in 3 sets.
  7. Roll with nutella, cottage cheese and sweets, sprinkle with grated chocolate shavings.
  8. Cut into 8 equal pieces. It is advisable to slightly cool the sweet rolls before serving.
