Sweet Sausage

Delicious and simple dessert for tea. Sweet chocolate cookie sausage familiar to many from childhood.

Ingredients

  • Cookies (for example, any sugar) – 400 g
  • Condensedmilk – 0.5 cans (190 g)
  • Butter (room temperature) – 100 g
  • Walnut- 50 g
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Leave the butter at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes (you can cut it into pieces to soften it faster). Grind nuts a little.
  2. Crumble the cookies not very carefully so that larger pieces come across (this will provide exactly this kind of finished sausage on the cut).
  3. Add softened butter, chopped nuts, condensed milk, cocoa. It’s good to knead everything.
  4. Put the mass on cling film, wrap tightly with a sausage and twist the ends.
  5. Put in the refrigerator (for 30-40 minutes) to freeze. Sweet sausage is ready!
