- 3 rice sheets, 22 cm
- 1 large banana (s), ripe
- 3 teaspoons chocolate flakes
- 3 teaspoons coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoon milk substitute, e.g., Coconut drink
- some vanilla sugar or vanilla paste

- Soak the rice sheets individually in cold water for about 3 minutes. I always put the rice sheets in a pan filled with water.
- Meanwhile, cut the banana into thirds and cut lengthways to the middle. Pour 1 teaspoon of grated chocolate into the opening of the banana pieces and briefly heat up in the microwave.
- While the rice sheets are in the water and the banana is in the microwave, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the coconut flour and milk together. The amount of ingredients can vary depending on how you want the consistency of the sauce. Season the sauce with the vanilla sugar or vanilla paste as desired.
- Place the banana pieces on a rice sheet and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of desiccated coconut on top. Then roll the banana pieces individually in a rice sheet each.
- Tips: The finished summer rolls can be decorated with the coconut and chocolate shavings and with strawberries.
- Also tastes very good with roasted walnut pieces.
